Please make sure to mail in your RSVP card by the 6th of February at the latest. That gives us time to receive them back in mail! We have to turn in final headcounts to caterers around then and the count cannot be changed after a certain date. Thank you so much for your understanding!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please plan on arriving at the church 15-20 minutes early! That ensures everyone can get parked and be inside seated before the ceremony starts to ensure we can get started on time! The church doors will close at 3:55 so everyone can start getting lined up. If you arrive after the church doors are shut, no worries! Just head on over to the reception parking lot to catch the shuttle to cocktail hour and the reception and we will see you there!
HOW WILL PARKING WORK FOR THE RECEPTION?
Great question! You will drive from the church to a designated parking lot and there will be shuttles there taking guests to the reception venue! The shuttles will be going back and forth all evening for those guests that want to leave early!
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
We love your kiddos however, we kindly request this be an adults only event with the exception of children in the bridal party. We hope you understand and use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a fun night out with your significant other.
CAN I BRING A DATE / PLUS ONE?
As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation received. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name would be alongside yours on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is colorful cocktail! Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or short cocktail attire dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit with or without a tie or khakis and a sports coat with or without a tie. No jeans, shorts, or flip-flops please! We love color and patterns! Please put on your most fun and colorful outfit to celebrate with us!
ARE THERE ANY COLORS WE SHOULD AVOID WEARING?
We ask that you avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride - any form of white, ivory or cream.
